5. I am having trouble watching the videos posted on the website. What do I need to do?

For the widest compatibility, we use a video player that relies on Adobe Flash for desktop playback. Get Adobe Flash

6. I have a mobile device. What do I need to download in order to watch the videos?

Apple mobile devices, such as the iPhone and iPad, will play videos using native HTML5 playback. Other mobile devices will need to have Adobe Flash for video playback — most modern smartphones ship with Flash support.

7. How do I embed videos on the cerecdoctors.com Discussion Forum?

First, make sure your Premium membership is current. Click "Create a New Topic" at the top of the Discussion Board home page. After you have completed the text field, click "Add Your Video" and a pop-up box will appear for you to choose the file from your computer files. If you would like to embed a video from the cerecdoctors.com website archives, click "Embed Existing Video" and select the appropriate file.

9. If I am a member of cerecdoctors.com, is there a value for me to attend hands-on courses at Scottsdale Center for Dentistry?

Definitely. While the website has avenues to answer all of your CEREC questions, you can't beat the hands-on experience at Scottsdale Center to solidify your CEREC comprehension and proficiency. View the complete course curriculum for more information.

10. If I attend the hands-on training at Scottsdale Center, will I have my own CEREC machine to work on?

Yes. Our hands-on lab is equipped with 30 Bluecams with the most current software platform.

11. At the hands-on courses, will I have the opportunity to discuss my case one-on-one with the instructors?

Yes. Our expert faculty will make sure that all of your questions are resolved during your visit.

12. Will there be mentors to aid the instructors?

Yes. During hands-on exercises, we average one mentor to every five students.

13. Are CE credits provided for the CEREC courses at Scottsdale Center?

Yes. The campus learning is ADA- and AGD-approved, and one CE credit is earned for every hour of study. For example, our two-day courses consisting of two eight-hour days earn a total of 16 CE units.

14. If I am coming from out of town to attend a course, where should I stay?

Click on the ACCOMMODATIONS tab located under the CAMPUS LEARNING drop-down menu for a full listing of hotels who offer incentives to our guests.

15. How should I dress for the course?

Very casually. Arizona is generally very temperate, but bring a sweater as classrooms can be cooler than you are accustomed to.

16. Are meals provided during hands-on training?

Yes. Complimentary breakfast and lunch are provided both days in our onsite cafe, and you're invited to join us for an onsite cocktail party at the conclusion of Day 1.

17. Do you recommend renting a car during my stay?

Our host hotels provide shuttle service to and from Scottsdale Center. You will be in close proximity to an array of restaurants, shopping, golf and night life. We recommend renting a car if you wish to sightsee beyond the Scottsdale area during your stay.

18. If I have attended hands-on training in Scottsdale, should I sign up for an annual membership on CerecDoctors.com?
