Dr. Mirzayan, co-founder of the website www.cerecdoctors.com, is the owner of a successful general practice emphasizing esthetic dentistry. He has been a CEREC beta-tester since 2002.

Dr. Puri is the Director of CAD CAM at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry and is the co-founder of www.cerecdoctors.com. He has been a beta tester since 2005.

Mark Fleming (Faculty & Magazine Editor)
Mark J. Fleming, D.D.S. is a 1978 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He maintains a full time practice in Sarasota, Florida. He serves as a consultant to a variety of dental manufacturers helping in product evaluation and design. Dr. Fleming has been a CEREC user since 2001, a beta tester for the CEREC software since 2004.

Darren Greenhalgh (Faculty)
Dr. Greenhalgh is a CEREC beta tester for Sirona, and has moderated the Puget Sound CEREC Study Club for the past six years. He has lectured internationally on the proficiency of the CEREC restorative process.

Richard Rosenblatt (Faculty)
Dr. Rosenblatt has been a CEREC user since 2003 and is an alpha and beta tester and a certified speaker for Sirona Dental Systems. Dr. Rosenblatt is CEREC basic trainer for Patterson Dental and is CAD/CAM faculty member at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry in Scottsdale Arizona.

Mike Skramstad (Faculty)
Dr. Skramstad is a basic and advanced trainer for Patterson Dental and is an alpha/beta tester for Sirona Dental Systems has lectured internationally on digital dentistry and the CEREC restorative process. He currently is faculty in the CAD/CAM Department at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry.
