Darin O'Bryan, D.D.S. So when you install inlab 4.0 it can cause an issue with your driver to the blue camera. Both chairside and inlab will think the camera is busy in another application. To fix it you have to uninstall and delete the driver and then restart your machine.
Go to your computer, right click and go to "manage" in the drop down menu.
Then go to device manager left click-> sirona mv bluefox right click hit uninstall
When you hit this it will bring up a window saying you are uninstalling the driver, there will be a check box to delete the driver make sure to check it. Once you are done with that restart your computer and the driver should reinstall. To be safe have your 4.0 disk ready in case it does not reinstall. Mine reinstalled just fine but the PTC recommends having for those "oh crap cases."
