CEREC MARYLAND BRIDGE ONE YEAR CHECK UP
This was one of my more aggressive Maryland bridges. He decided against implant and we didn't want to prep for a conventional bridge. I prepped 1.0mm on the lingual of #8 for the wing. So far after a year it's doing great and he loves it!

I am planning to replace to replace #9 with a Maryland bridge, pt does not want an implant, do you recommend 2 wings on #8 and 10 or just one wing, do I do a anti-rotational mini extension on one tooth?

A four year old 1-wing maryland just walked out the door after a recall exam. Wing is on lingual of upper canine with lateral pontic (minimal prep)
65+ year old male with "long teeth" and no interest in implant or conventional bridge.
Great option for sure.
Mike, How do you keep the emergence profile "engaged"? I found with my case, even after I placed the pontic slightly 'into' the socket, the gingiva still did some shrinking away from the apex of the pontic. This patient is fine because he does not have a high smile line - but how do you deal with this? Thanks
