Solea Class IV #23 DF - Dr. Jeffrey Rohde
A 64-year-old patient presented to the practice for the regular checkup. The oral evaluation revealed a recurrent decay under existing composite restoration on distal and facial surfaces of tooth number 23. Solea was used to remove the old composite material and underlying decay, and to refine the prep for the final restoration. The whole procedure was completed anesthesia-free using Solea, without the need for a high-speed handpiece. The prep took just over 60 seconds and the total chair time was under 5 minutes.
