You can certainly do this with abutments. Abutments have the restorative axis step for the abutment angulation though. If you want them all to be parallel, just link them together.

I'm thinking that the model axis is like placing the prep model on a tripod and once set that is axis for all anticipated restorations and that the insertion axis dial for each individual restoration would would correspond with each other. So if I selected 1 o'clock with 3 degree tilt for one and did the same on the others they would all have the same insertion axis. Is this possible with implant abutments?
