Mark J. Fleming, D.D.S
He is a 1978 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He maintains a full time practice in Sarasota, Florida. Dr. Fleming has spoken to several international groups on CEREC technology and has served on the Board of an international academy which furthered the understanding and use of computerized technologies and machinable restorative materials in dentistry. He serves as a consultant to a variety of dental manufacturers helping in product evaluation and design. He has been a CEREC user since 2001, a beta tester for the CEREC software since 2004 and served as a Clinical Mentor in the CAD-CAM Department at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry.

Darren Greenhalgh DDS
Dr. Greenhalgh is a CEREC® beta tester for Sirona and has moderated the Puget Sound CEREC® Study Club for the past 4 years. He has lectured internationally on the proficiency of the CEREC® restorative process and is a Clinical Mentor at the prestigious Scottsdale Center for Dentistry. Dr. Greenhalgh received his D.D.S. from Case Western Reserve University and has recently established a new solo general practice focusing on esthetics in Mill Creek, WA.

Michael Skramstad
Dr. Skramstad is a 2000 graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He is co-founder and moderator of the Minnesota Cerec Study Club and an in-office trainer for Patterson Dental. Dr. Skramstad is a Cerec Beta tester for Sirona and has served as a Clinical Mentor in the Cad/Cam Department at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry. He maintains a private practice in Orono, MN focusing on esthetic and Cad/Cam Dentistry.

Jeff Caso
Dr. Caso is a 1989 graduate of New York University, College of Dentistry. He is a CEREC beta tester for Sirona and has helped many prospective CEREC owners to decide on whether to integrate Cad Cam dentistry into their practices. He is an active contributor on both the Cerecdoctors message board and Dentaltown where he has helped many new CEREC owners to become proficient and confident with all aspects of CEREC dentistry. He is an adjunct faculty member in the Cad Cam department of the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry. Dr. Caso maintains a technology based general practice in Merrick, New York focusing on Cad Cam and Laser dentistry.
